Andrea Dorigo is SVP, General Manager of Global Retail at ESTEE LAUDER COMPANIES, with over 1,500 stores worldwide across 20 beauty brands.  In this role, Andrea leads the overall retail strategy, including strengthening consumer coverage, unleashing the potential of omnichannel and fostering innovative thinking, from new retail formats to consumer experience design. 

Prior to ESTEE LAUDER COMPANIES, Andrea served as CEO of Pirch, Inc. a retailer with immersive experiential showrooms for guests to test drive luxury home appliances. Previously, he developed extensive design, lifestyle and luxury expertise from his time at Luxottica Group, a worldwide leader in design, manufacturing and distribution of luxury and premium eyewear. At Luxottica, he held roles of increasing responsibility in Europe and North America, where he was President of Oakley, the iconic California brand known for its cutting edge sport performance equipment and also served as President of Brooks Brothers, one of the oldest apparel brands in the world. Prior to joining Luxottica in 2005, Mr. Dorigo worked with Safilo and Giorgio Armani in Italy and was a consultant for McKinsey & Company.

Andrea holds a master degree in economics and social sciences from Bocconi University.
