Having strategized, implemented and measured integrated brand experiences over two decades across a variety of brands, Elaine is particularly skilled at recognizing trends, directing a vision, and mobilizing partnerships to lead transformation and drive results. Working with powerhouse brands like Under Armour, Target and Victoria’s Secret, brings broad perspective and integrated insight into transformative programs and initiatives for the brands she serves.
As Executive Vice President of Strategy & Experience Design at WD Partners, Elaine provides executive leadership over strategy, insights and customer experience design — agnostic of place, space, time or channel. She leads multi-disciplinary teams across brand, strategy, communications, experience design, and operations to partner with brands to envision the future and deliver value to customers and shareholders alike.
