Mary Leach is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Movado Group, the world-renowned watch company that designs, sources and distributes  Movado, Concord, EBEL, Olivia Burton, MVMT, Coach, HUGO BOSS, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger, Scuderia Ferarri, Rebecca Minkoff and Uri Minkoff branded watches worldwide, and operates Movado company stores in the United States and Canada.

Mary joined Movado Group in 1999 and today, as Chief Marketing Officer, she is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and innovation of the flagship brand, Movado, and the Group’s diverse portfolio of brands worldwide. She is responsible for brand strategies, global communications, public relations, visual merchandising, social media, and sales enablement. She maintains responsibility for the identification of dynamic brand associations including ambassador and sponsorship selections that enhance brand relevance, and establishing partnerships with commercial leads to develop programs that ensure continued brand growth and development.

Mary began her career in marketing and advertising at world-recognized advertising agency Young & Rubicam where she honed her skills and passion for effecting impactful advertising through the development of successful client partnerships. She subsequently joined the start-up advertising agency Mezzina/Brown, where as Vice President, Account Supervisor, she was responsible for the management of top agency clients, developing her brand-building skills through a multi-dimensional approach to consumer marketing.

A native New Yorker and graduate of Fordham University, Mary currently lives in New York with her family.
