Chritoph Barchewitz is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Global Fashion Group (GFG) - the leading fashion and lifestyle destination in Asia Pacific, Latin America, and CIS. GFG connects over 8,000 global, local an own brands to a market of more thatn one billion consumers through four established e-commerce platforms: THE ICONIC, ZALORA, Dafiti and Lamoda. Through an inspiring and seamless customer experience enabled by its own technology ecosystems and operational infrastructure, the company is dedicated to being the #1 fashion and lifestyle destination in its markets. With 19 offices and 10 fulfillment centres across four continents, GFG proudly emplys a dynamic and diverse team with deep local knowledge and expertise.
Christoph oversees the ongoing strategic and operational development of GFG and all its regional businesses. Prior to joining GFG, Christoph had fourteen years of investing and advisory experience in the Technology, Media and Telecom ("TMT") sector globally. He has held roles at Kinnevik, where he oversa the e-commerce investment portfolio (including Zalando, GFG, Home24, Westwing, Lazada and Linio), Goldman Sachs and Solon Management Consulting.
Christoph holds a Master's Degree in BA from the University of Mannheim Business School and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs.
