Voxie was founded in 2018 after founder Bogdan Constantin struggled to scale his e-commerce company, Menguin, via email. Realizing there had to be a better way to reach customers, Bogdan started texting them and incredibly saw a 5X increase in revenue in 2 months. This spike led to the sale of his company, to the founder of Mens Wearhouse. Post-sale, Bogdan saw there was a need for a true behaviorally-driven marketing platform that could build authentic 1:1 relationships between brands and their consumers via text. This platform had to have all the functionality of an ESP but the personalization of text. When he couldn’t find the solution he was looking for – he set out to build it, resulting in Voxie.
Today, Voxie powers the conversations of major brands from Lululemon, Unilever, Danone and Anytime Fitness to up and coming e-commerce providers like Lauren James.
